Golf Tournament- 4 person scramble
Where: Eagle Hills Golf Course
When: 1:00 pm shotgun, Friday, June 18, 2010
Deadline for registration and sponsors is June 11, 2010
Food: Barbecued hamburgers will be served for dinner following the tournament.
Prices:

Early bird costs: $85 per person, $340 per team
After June 4th Costs: $100 per person, $400 per team
- single players welcome!
-$10.95 for additional dinner guests
Sponsors: $125 for tee, $125 for green/ $200 for tee and green
Cost includes: 18 holes of golf, cart, golf balls on the range, Food, drinks, door prizes
Help support the local Idaho Chapter of ASHRAE and put together a team. Everyone is welcome to participate.

Handicaps for all players will be needed to complete the form with a maximum of 30.
